Chris Bauer, CPA

Chris has over fourteen years of experience including previous audit experience with KPMG as a Senior Manager. Prior to joining PMB Helin Donovan, Chris served as the Global Sarbanes-Oxley 404 Project Manager for a Fortune 500 Company. His experience includes a broad range of industries emphasizing in technology, communications, financial services and construction for both public and private companies. He has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Boston College and is a CPA in Texas, Massachusetts and Colorado.
