Jim Kearby, CPA

In February of 2010, Jim joined PMB Helin Donovan as a tax partner in the Dallas office after 26 years of providing accounting, consulting and tax services with the national accounting firms Kenneth Leventhal and Ernst &Young and in his own private practice.  He specializes in providing tax accounting, compliance, planning and consulting services to a diverse industry base and has extensive experience in providing these services to individuals, partnerships and S-corporations.  Jim is also actively involved in representing clients before local, state and federal tax authorities to resolve tax disputes and audits.  Currently, Jim sits on an advisory board at a local college, is a frequent speaker at various events discussing tax issues and provides frequent tax updates on Linkedin and Twitter. Finally, Jim is an avid outdoorsman and is involved in various groups and organizations that are working hard on preservation of our natural resources and wildlife.
