S. Sam Berde, CPA

Sam is an audit partner and has over 20 years of experience. In addition to hedge-funds, his experience also includes expertise on audits of publicly held companies and accounting for complex equity market transactions, including IPOs, PIPEs and mergers. He is also a professional faculty member at the HAAS School of Business at University of California-Berkeley. Prior to joining PMB, he had a seven year stint  with KPMG in San Francisco. Sam is a graduate of University of California Santa Barbara. He is a CPA in California and Washington.
