Will Wenmohs, CPA

Will joined PMB Helin Donovan in 2008 and has been in public accounting for 15 years.  He began his career with Pricewaterhouse, owned and operated his own accounting firm, acted as CFO for a startup company and most recently spent 7 years with Deloitte where he led their Austin tax practice.  Will has worked in a broad range of industries including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and services.  Specializing in corporate taxation, Will has extensive experience with issues related to FAS 109, debt restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, net operating loss utilization, and stock options.  He graduated with a master in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin where he continues to be actively involved with recruiting.
