Thomas Donovan, CPA

Tom is one of the founding partners for PMB Helin Donovan. With more than 20 years experience working with corporations and not-for-profits, he spent 13 years in public accounting with Ernst & Young and KPMG, 1 year with Applied Materials, Inc. and 3 years with national consumer finance companies that originated an excess of $3 billion in loans per year. Tom is a CPA in Oklahoma, Massachusetts and Texas and specializes in SEC compliance services, technology and financial service industry clients.

Tom has significant experience in working with investment companies including Longview Fund, Blue Sage Capital, Stock Dividend Fund, Small Cap Value Fund, Prime 8 Ventures, and many others.
